The Baldwin Wallace University Wrestling Camps are designed to help each individual athlete improve their wrestling knowledge and skill. With a great coach to camper ratio athletes will develop and train based on age, weight, and experience. Every facet of the sport is covered with a primary focus on technique in all 3 positions, mat strategy, mental awareness, work ethic, developing character and life skills. When appropriate we will cover topics of weight management, sport psychology, innovative power and strength development, and the college recruiting process.
